Table Rentals

  • Table Rental fee: $35.00 plus GST = $36.75 per table
  • Table size: 96" x 30" (includes 2 chairs, if required)
  • Testing of equipment is not available on site.

Load in

  • 1st opportunity: Friday night: July 11th - 5:00pm to 9:00pm.
    Security will be provided from 9:00pm Friday to 6:00am Saturday morning
  • 2nd opportunity: Saturday morning: July 12th - 6:00 am to 9:00 am

Payment

Payments are due in full with registration. Scroll down to download and print registration, or complete a registration form online. YOU MUST CONTACT US BY PHONE WITH YOUR PAYMENT INFORMATION TO COMPLETE REGISTRATION. We will send a receipt in the mail confirming your table registration.

Please note that refunds will not be given for table cancellations after June 12, 2008.

Just for participating in our first vintage audio & record swap meet (hopefully an annual event), all vendors will be entered into a draw for great prizes from our sponsors. These draws will be based simply by submitting your table number with your name and phone number on the back into our barrel. Obviously the more tables you have, the greater your chances of winning are!
