- What’s Groovin’ This Month!
Welcome to Innovative Audio, Canada’s largest in-house service and repair center for vintage equipment and speakers!
Updated: February 22, 2019
Currently we are experiencing higher than normal volume for estimates / repairs and ask for your patience. We will get to your unit for estimation as soon as we can in the order they are received.
Current wait times are approximately 6 to 7 weeks before we even begin to look at your unit to estimate and approximately 2-3 weeks to repair after you give us your approval. It also depends on whether parts need to be ordered – expect longer delays if parts are ordered from the USA and if they are in stock.
Calling us to ask if we have looked at your unit will not speed up the process!
We will keep you posted as these dates change and apologize for any inconvenience this causes you.

CHANGES TO EQUIPMENT REPAIRS:
Effective May 11, 2018 we will no longer be repairing reel to reel decks. And just to refresh everyone’s memory we do not repair home theatre equipment. Unsure if it’s home theatre equipment – check if there are speaker inputs for center or subwoofer speakers and it’s a good bet it is. We’ll be happy to help you figure it out if you provide us with the Brand and Model number. No problems with repairing home theatre speakers though.
We do not repair nor have we ever repaired car stereo parts or speakers. Another company with a similar name does do these repairs so ensure you have the right number!
As well we do not sell parts for DIYers. We only sell turntable belts, styluses, cartridges and cleaning kits which are the only parts of a stereo system we make available to the buying public. We have a limited selection of speaker wire and audio 2-channel cables that we sell as well, but that’s about it.
Still available in our store is original vinyl LPs by none other than Steven Jensen. See all the details on his recording here.
