How much will it cost to repair my equipment?

We charge a non-refundable estimate fee of:

$75.00 for most units
$100.00 for consoles and tube equipment.

This is paid up front when you drop your unit off and afterwards, should you decide to have the repair done, this amount is deducted from your total invoice.

Once an estimate is done we call you with our results and costs. We will not repair a unit without authorization.

Some units will require a further deposit to proceed with the repair depending on parts required to be ordered and/or if the repair exceeds the value of the unit.

NOTE: CONSOLE REPAIRS – we are no longer taking in new consoles. Once our list of people waiting to be serviced is completed we won’t be taking any more in.

Warranty

We offer a full 90-day replaced parts and labour warranty on any and all repairs performed in our shop.
